Myles Davis scored 18 points and Trevon Bluiett added 15 points and 13 rebounds to lift No. 6 Xavier to a 90-83 victory over St.?John's.

J.P. Macura had 12 points and seven rebounds for the Musketeers (20-2, 8-2 Big East), while James Farr added 11 points and seven rebounds. Felix Balamou scored 20 points, and Durand Johnson 18 for the Red Storm (7-16, 0-10).

Villanova 83, Creighton 58: Kris Jenkins scored 22 points and Jalen Brunson had 16 as the No. 3 Wildcats rolled over the Bluejays.

Josh Hart added 13 points and nine rebounds for Villanova (19-3, 9-1 Big East), which has won 11 of 12. The Wildcats shot 55 percent from 3-point range.

Maurice Watson Jr. led Creighton (14-9, 5-5) with 16 points and five assists.

Iowa 73, Penn State 49: Jarrod Uthoff had 14 points and the Hawkeyes defense forced the Nittany Lions into a bad shooting night.

Peter Jok and Anthony Clemmons both added 12 points for No. 5 Iowa (18-4, 9-1 Big Ten), while Adam Woodbury grabbed 15 rebounds. Brandon Taylor had 15 points and 11 rebounds for Penn State (11-12, 2-8), which went 1-for-20 from 3-point range and shot just 30.4 percent from the field.

Kansas 77, Kansas State 59: Perry Ellis scored 19 points to help the No. 7 Jayhawks pull away from the turnover-prone Wildcats. Dominated on the glass all night, Kansas (18-4, 6-3 Big 12) overcame its poor rebounding and some streaky shooting in part by forcing Kansas State (13-9, 2-7) into 23 turnovers.

Kansas guard Wayne Selden Jr., who had a career-best 33 points in last Saturday's overtime victory against Kentucky, was shut out in the first half before finishing with seven points.

Stephen Hurt had 14 points and 11 rebounds for the Wildcats.

Virginia 61, Boston College 47: Malcolm Brogdon hit all five of his 3-point attempts and finished with 27 points to lead the No. 9 Cavaliers past the Eagles.

Anthony Gill added 10 points and 11 rebounds for Virginia (18-4, 7-3 ACC). Sammy Barnes-Thompkins led Boston College (7-15, 0-9) with 14 points.
