Herd cruises past Bears, 62-0; Stevenson edges 2015 champ Albright
Chase Litton completed 13 of his 16 passes for 309 yards with six first-half touchdown passes and host Marshall cruised past Morgan State, 62-0, on Saturday night.
Four of the six throws that went for scores were from 30-plus yards. Michael Clark caught two touchdown passes, and Deon-Tay McManus, Emanuel Byrd, Justin Hunt and Ryan Yuracheck each added one.
Tony Pittman carried nine times for 81 yards and touchdown for the Thundering Herd, which piled up 530 yards of total offense and forced four Morgan State fumbles.
