Struggling Sabres cool off hot Bruins
Corey Crawford is about to hit the road, which could be good news for the injured Blackhawks goalie.
Crawford will join the team in Arizona for its game Monday against the Coyotes, though he isn’t expected to play until the following week at the earliest, coach Joel Quenneville said Saturday afternoon.
Crawford hasn’t traveled to road games since he went on injured reserve Dec. 27 with an upper-body injury. He last played Dec. 23 against the Devils, a game from which he was pulled after allowing three goals on seven shots.
