Brigitte Bledsoe, corporate executive chef for Miss Shirley's Cafe, will compete on a New Year's Day episode of the Food Network's “Guy's Grocery Games.”

The episode, titled “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives Tournament 2: Part 1,” will feature four chefs who have appeared on another Guy Fieri show, “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.” They will compete in three rounds, gathering ingredients from the show's Flavortown Market to create winning brunch items, surf-and-turf entrees, and burgers and fries.

The episode is the first of four that will pit a total of 16 chefs from “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives” against one another.

Bledsoe, who is the daughter of Baltimore Sun freelance restaurant critic Suzanne Loudermilk, appeared on the Food Network last year on “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives.”

The “Guy's Grocery Games” episode featuring Bledsoe premieres at 8 tonight.
