Bondhouse Kitchen, a Fells Point restaurant known for its craft cocktails and southern-inspired American cuisine, has shut its doors, announcing its closure Monday.

In a statement posted to social media, Bondhouse Kitchen wrote, “What an extraordinary journey it has been. With full hearts and deep gratitude, we want to thank each and every one of you — our incredible employees, loyal customers, and cherished community — for the love, support, and trust you’ve shown us throughout the years.”

Bondhouse Kitchen officially closed Monday, according to the statement.

But the restaurant on South Bond Street will be holding two last “goodbye celebrations” Friday, one in Bondhouse Kitchen proper and one in The Aliceanna Room, Bondhouse Kitchen’s private event space next door at 1603 Aliceanna Street.

Goat Bar, a speakeasy concept also in 1603 Aliceanna St. that opened in September, “will remain open for a few more weeks,” the statement says.

Restaurant ownership did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
