Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., will not attend the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump, a spokesperson for Pelosi told ABC News.

The former House speaker is the latest high-profile Democrat to snub the president-elect’s inauguration on Jan. 20. Former first lady Michelle Obama will not be in attendance, though former President Barack Obama will be.

A spokesperson for Pelosi did not return a request for comment Thursday.

More than 60 House Democrats boycotted Trump’s 2017 inauguration, though some who skipped that ceremony plan to attend this year.

“It’s different now,” Rep. Jared Huffman, D-Calif., told Politico. “I’ve talked to colleagues who see it differently. I feel like whether we like it or not, this guy was just elected by the country with full disclosure of all of his ugliness.”

Staunch anti-Trump progressive Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Calif, told Axios in December she planned to skip Trump’s inauguration, citing the fact it falls on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Some top Democrats from Maryland, including U.S. Reps. Glenn Ivey and Kweisi Mfume, say they won’t be attending.

“Considering this is also Martin Luther King Day, it just seems like the worst way to spend the day, knowing that I would be celebrating someone who really is going to work very hard to tear down the legacy in which literally he lived and died for,” Crockett said.
