A 21-year-old man was shot and killed in Owings Mills Monday night, according to Baltimore County police. After officers arrived on the 300 block of Garrison Forest Road at about 11 p.m., they found Raheim Ali Esna Ashari with multiple gunshot wounds. Ashari was pronounced dead on the scene.

Garrison Forest School, a private K-12 girls’ school, is at 300 Garrison Forest Road. Ashari was not on the school’s property or outside its gates, according to a police spokeswoman.
