Christopher Talbot, 11, of Boy Scout Troop 72, planted a flag on the grave of a veteran in 1999 at Crestlawn Cemetery in Marriottsville. His troop, as well as Cub Scout pack 761, planted flags in honor of Memorial Day. This year Memorial Day is May 26.
