An 18-year-old died after being shot multiple times in Aberdeen, Harford County.

On Jan. 5, at around 1 a.m., officers from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 1300 block of N. Sewards Court in Aberdeen following a reported shooting.

Once there, officers found two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds.

One victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening issues.

Officers found the other victim, identified as 18-year-old Kylonne Taylor, from Aberdeen, in the basement of the residence. Taylor suffered multiple gunshots and died on the scene, according to the Harford County Sheriff’s Office.

The Harford County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division is actively investigating the case.

While the cause of the shooting remains unknown, detectives said they do not believe this a random act.
