Nolan Patrick scored 2:01 into OT and the Flyers rallied past the Oilers 5-4 on Saturday in Philadelphia, extending their winning streak to a season-best seven games.

The Oilers have lost four in a row and 13 of 18.

The Flyers scored twice in the third period to tie it. Patrick then won the game on the third opportunity by his line in OT after Oilers goalie Cam Talbot made big saves on both Travis Sanheim and James van Riemsdyk.

The Flyers were badly outplayed for two periods at even strength, but were able to stay in the game thanks to their power play, which scored four times.

Jonathan Bernier stopped 35 shots for his first shutout of the season and the visiting Red Wings beat the Senators 2-0. Danny DeKeyser and Darren Helm scored for the Red Wings, who won their third straight. The Senators lost their fourth game in a row. ...
