A 33-year-old man was fatally shot early Saturday morning in Baltimore’s Central Park Heights neighborhood, police said.

Officers from the Northern District responded to reports of gunfire in the 3000 block of Thorndale Avenue shortly before 3 a.m.

When they arrived, they found the man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the upper body.

Medics transported the victim to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Homicide detectives at 410-396-2100.
