If you’re looking for a job, Aldi announced it is in the market for new employees.

The grocery store said it is hiring more than 13,000 store and warehouse workers across the U.S., and paying workers up to $23 an hour.

“Whether it’s our in-store team filling shelves with fresh produce, warehouse staff managing logistics, or drivers delivering our trending Aldi Finds, our employees fuel the quicker, easier, and more affordable shopping experience our shoppers know and love,” Atty McGrath, president of Aldi U.S., said in a news release.

The release noted that the new national average starting wages for open Aldi store and warehouse positions will be $18 and $23 per hour, respectively. Pay will also be based on the market and position, according to the release.

Employees who work more than 30 hours each week will receive benefits, such as health insurance and paid time off. Other perks include flexible scheduling and paid parental and caregiver leave.

The company also said there will eventually be opportunities for promotions, as 70% of assistant store managers and more than 30% of store managers started as store associates. All executive leaders began their careers in an Aldi store.
