Action, PG-13. During the 1980s, a pilot (Tom Cruise) becomes a drug runner for the CIA. Doug Liman (“The Bourne Identity”) directs and Domnhall Gleeson, Jesse Plemons co-star.
Horror/sci-fi, PG-13. A remake of the 1990s movie about medical students who use themselves as subjects in their life-after-death research. Kiersey Clemons, Nina Dobrev, Diego Luna, James Norton and Ellen Page. Kiefer Sutherland has a cameo.
Drama, not rated. John Carroll Lynch (aka Norm Gunderson from the movie “Fargo”) directs Harry Dean Stanton in the story of a 90-year-old man who goes on a spiritual quest.
Thriller, not yet rated. Lifelong friends are torn apart after they are involved in a violent accident. Starring “Gotham’s” Charlie Tahan and Elizabeth Cappuccino of “Jessica Jones.”

Action/sci-fi, R. A police operative (Ryan Gosling) ventures on a quest to find Rick Deckard (Harrison Ford, from the 1982 original “Blade Runner”) and learn the truth about a mysterious secret.
Drama, R. Sean Baker’s (“Tangerine”) second feature film centers around a 6-year-old girl who lives with her mother in a motel. Willem Dafoe plays the motel’s manager.
Musical, PG. The animated equines are back! The team must save their home and aim to use the “magic of friendship” to solve the dilemma.
Drama, R. A woman (Rooney Mara) confronts the man (Ben Mendelsohn) who disappeared after they had an affair when she was a teen. Riz Ahmed (“The Night Of”) also stars.

Drama, PG-13. Chadwick Boseman (“42”) plays the young lawyer Thurgood Marshall, who would go on to become the first black justice on the U.S. Supreme Court. Sterling K. Brown (“This Is Us”) and Josh Gad co-star.
Drama, R. Director Darren Aronofsky’s at it again, creating a horror-romance allegory starring Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem.
Thriller, R. Michael Fassbender plays a detective trying to solve a case involving a serial killer who appears to be triggered by snowfall.
