3 medium ripe bananas
1 pound frozen peaches
1 cup ice
1/2 nonfat plain or Greek yogurt
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into individual glasses.
Royal Malewane Morning Smoothie
Makes: 4 servings
2 cups of spinach
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup of diced pineapple
1 green apple
1 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
1/4 cup of mint leaves (or to taste)
2 cups water
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into individual glasses.
