Johns Hopkins doctor Aaryn Hammond and her father won big on NBC’s trivia game show “The Wall” Thursday night.
The two took home $520,095 after a slow start.
In the first round, Hammond and her father, Milton Harrison missed two questions, but they recovered.
“Things were not smooth sailing out here and just like always, I played a little bit aggressively and that was quite a risky move,” Hammond, second-year resident in Johns Hopkins’ emergency medicine department, told her father during a later round of the show.
“But we will never be empty-handed because I could go anywhere in the world and just have you all and be full, but we’ll take at least a half a million with us.”
