Bryn Forbes scored a career-high 33 points by hitting a conference-record 11 3-pointers, and No. 2 Michigan State woke up in the second half to rout Rutgers 97-66 on Wednesday night in Piscataway, N.J.

Forbes' 11th 3-pointer was on a fadeaway and broke the Big Ten's single-game mark of 10 set in 2011 by Ohio State's John Diebler against Penn State.

Eron Harris added 15 points, Denzel Valentine 14 and Matt Costello had 10 points and a career-best 15 rebounds for the Spartans (25-5, 12-5), who made 16 3-pointers in winning for the ninth time in 10 games while handing the Scarlet Knights (6-23, 0-17) their 17th straight loss.

Corey Sanders, who was returning from a four-game suspension, had 19 points for Rutgers.

Miami 68, Notre Dame 50: Angel Rodriguez scored 19 points, Sheldon McClellan added 17, and the No. 7 Hurricanes moved back into a tie with North Carolina for first-place in the Atlantic Coast Conference by beating the Irish.

Miami (24-5, 13-4) held Notre Dame (19-10, 10-7) to 34 percent shooting and had an 39-16 rebounding edge. Tonye Jekiri added 14 points for Miami, which never led by fewer than seven.

Zach Auguste led the Irish with 18 points and 11 rebounds.

Oregon 76, UCLA 68: Tyler Dorsey scored 20 points as the No. 9 Ducks rallied in the second half to beat the Bruins and earn at least a share of the Pac-12 title for the first time since 2002.

Dorsey also grabbed a team-high nine rebounds for Oregon (24-6, 13-4), which held a 40-28 advantage on the glass. Dillon Brooks added 15 points for the Ducks, who won their 10th in 12 games.

Isaac Hamilton scored 19 points and Tony Parker 18 for UCLA (15-15, 6-11).

West Virginia 90, Texas Tech 68: Jaysean Paige and Daxter Miles Jr. both scored 15 points to lead the No. 10 Mountaineers (23-7, 12-5 Big 12) past the Red Raiders (18-11, 8-9).

West Virginia outrebounded Texas Tech 40-23 and forced 19 turnovers while committing just nine.
