See history unfold through photographs taken in the moment at “Heavy with History: Devin Allen and the Baltimore Uprising” at the Baltimore Museum of Art, 10 Art Museum Drive. The black and white photographs taken by Allen, a local artist, captured the emotional impact of Freddie Gray’s death on the city and its citizens.
