Tiana Major9, a singer and songwriter from London, performs at Charm City Live at War Memorial Plaza on her first trip to Baltimore on Saturday. In addition to music, there were 12 Baltimore City agencies offering job opportunities, several vendors and a kid zone play area for the third year of the event.
