Starbucks is cutting 13 beverage options from the menu.

Coffee-giant Starbucks is scaling down its menu and has announced that it is removing 13 “less popular” drinks from its menu, according to a report.

“As part of our plan to get back to Starbucks, we’re simplifying our menu to focus on fewer, more popular items, executed with excellence,” a Starbucks spokesperson told TODAY. “This will make way for innovation, help reduce wait times, improve quality and consistency, and align with our core identity as a coffee company.”

The following items will be removed from the menu on March 4:

Chocolate Cookie Crumble Crème Frappuccino

White Chocolate Crème Frappuccino

Caramel Ribbon Crunch Crème Frappuccino

Double Chocolaty Chip Crème Frappuccino

Caffè Vanilla Frappuccino

White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino

Java Chip Frappuccino

Chai Crème Frappuccino

Espresso Frappuccino

Iced Matcha Lemonade

Royal English Breakfast Latte

White Hot Chocolate

The Associated Press reported that Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol announced that the company plans to lay off 1,100 corporate employees to streamline operations, a process that will include eliminating hundreds of open and unfilled positions.

“Our intent is to operate more efficiently, increase accountability, reduce complexity, and drive better integration,” Niccol wrote in a letter released to employees Monday.
