Dancers from the Fearless Dance Empire of Baltimore dance studio perform at the third annual Back to School block party in Upton/Druid Heights on Saturday. The event is sponsored by the University of Maryland School of Social Work’s Center for Restorative Change in partnership with Bethel AME Church and featured resources and services from community partners, and performances by local youth.
