Here’s what some fans told us (answers have been edited for clarity and grammar):
I’ll take the O’s to surpass projections yet again and win 93 games this season. The young core has another year of experience under its belt, and the pitching, while perhaps lacking in star power, is deep in numbers. This all presumes that Gunnar Henderson and Félix Bautista get healthy in the short term, Grayson Rodriguez in the mid term, and Kyle Bradish in the long term. Fingers crossed. — Laurence Berbert
In addition to their solid defense, the O’s look to have a very potent offense with more diversity than in recent years. The starting rotation looks not to be quite as strong as last year’s but has a number of people who will keep them in games. The bullpen looks solid but seems slightly thinner than 2023, which was a magical year for them. End result: the Orioles win the AL East by two games over the Yankees as their maturity becomes evident. — Robert E.
