WEDNESDAY: Orioles 4, Blue Jays 3 (10). Caleb Joseph scored from third base on a passed ball in the 10th inning, marking the first walk-off passed ball in Orioles history.

THURSDAY: Orioles 3, Blue Jays 2. J.J. Hardy hit the game-tying sacrifice fly in the seventh inning, and Machado followed with the go-ahead single in the eighth.

FRIDAY: Royals 4, Orioles 2. Yovani Gallardo was ineffective and pulled with shoulder discomfort after two innings. Machado stayed hot with a homer.

SATURDAY: Orioles 8, Royals 3. Chris Davis and Mark Trumbo combined to go 7-for-10.
