MONDAY: All-Star Home Run Derby. The Nationals’ Bryce Harper won at his home park, beating the Cubs’ Kyle Schwarber in the final round.
TUESDAY: All-Star Game. Machado went 0-for-2 in his final game in an Orioles uniform in the AL’s 8-6 win at Nationals Park.
WEDNESDAY: All-Star break. Machado is traded to the Dodgers for five prospects.
