Theresa Medicus, a family nurse practitioner, examines Lisa Fowler, of Baltimore, who returned to the MedStar Mobile Health Center a week after her first visit to establish care as a new patient. The mobile health center, stationed Mondays outside the Franciscan Center on West 23rd Street, offers a wide range of medical services, including primary and urgent care, testing, screenings, vaccines and suboxone.
