Aldridge, Spurs beat Wizards, 112-100
LaMarcus Aldridge scored 24 points, Tony Parker added 20 and the visiting Spurs beat the Wizards, 112-100, on Saturday night for their ninth straight victory.
San Antonio (14-3) swept a three-game road swing and is 10-0 away from home.
Kawhi Leonard scored 19 for the Spurs, who shot 53.3 percent (40-for-75) from the field. San Antonio led by 10 at halftime and as many as 19 in the second half. The Spurs bench outscored the Washington reserves 35-18.
Bradley Beal led the Wizards (5-10) with 25 points and John Wall scored 21 as all five starters finished in double figures. Marcin Gortat had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
The Wizards got within 69-62 on a three-point play by Wall late in the third quarter, but the Spurs soon pushed the lead to 12 and it was 90-76 after three quarters.
