Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green, R-Ga., scolded a British reporter for asking questions about the leaked Signal messages between the Trump administration’s top intelligence officials.

Greene’s comments on Wednesday came after a hearing of the House Department of Government Efficiency Subcommittee, of which she is chairwoman. Sky News correspondent Martha Kelner repeatedly asked the representative to answer questions about the chats, which Greene refused.

“Wait, what country are you from?” Greene asked.

“From the UK,” Kelner said.

“Ok, we don’t give a crap about your opinion and your reporting,” Greene said. “Why don’t you go back to your country where you have a major migrant problem. You should care about your own border.”

“Do you care about American lives being put at risk?” Kelner asked.

“Let me tell you something, do you care about people from your country?” she asked. “What about all the women that are raped by migrants?”

Another reporter saying they were American then posed the same question to Greene.

“I’m not answering her question because I don’t care about her network,” she said.

The representative continued to dodge similar questions by repeatedly telling Kelner to direct her concerns to the UK.

Greene’s comments mirror those used by the Trump administration to avoid speaking about the leaked Signal chats. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt on Wednesday refused to answer further questions from Kaitlan Collins of CNN after she asked about whether the information in the messages was classified.

“Kaitlan, I’m not taking your follow up,” Leavitt said before taking another reporter’s question.
