A gift of warmth

Jerome Clark, of Westport, receives a winter coat as Baltimore Safe Haven provides winter essentials, food, toys and other items outside of its headquarters. The nonprofit supplied gifts to 87 children and their families last year and hopes to reach 100 this year.
