Top: The Team Seriously Rated dance group performs on the AFRAM Live stage in Druid Hill Park as one of the largest African American festivals on the East Coast kicks off on Saturday. The festival was under an extreme heat advisory as the temperature soared over 100 degrees. Cooling stations and air conditioned MTA buses were provided to help people stay cool.
