Lion dancers Kai Jing Lau, front, and his brother Jing Wei Lau, back, both students at Dulaney High School, perform in a Lunar New Year presentation at the Cockeysville branch of the Baltimore County Public Library. The event was presented by the Chinese American Parent Association of the Baltimore Community. Jing Wei Lay is the team leader of Baltimore’s only dragon dance team and has also established the Baltimore Asian Performing Arts Alliance to promote Asian arts in the community.
