Umami Ramen and Dumplings has opened in the Festival at Riva, the shopping center announced Tuesday.
As its name suggests, the restaurant boasts a wide variety of both ramen and dumplings.
The ramen selection has all the classics: Chicken Shio, Tonkotsu, Shoyu, and more. Similarly, for the dumplings, the menu has classics like pork and chicken soup dumplings but also a peppercorn spicy pork soup dumpling. Their website says the broth is simmered for up to 12 hours to develop flavors.
The restaurant also features a variety of bao buns, rice bowls, and appetizers.
The restaurant is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Online ordering can be done on the restaurant’s website. It is also on DoorDash and Uber Eats.
Another Japanese eatery opened across the street in the form of Quickway Japanese Hibachi. It can be found at the Shoppes of Riva.
