Vintage scooter club gains speed in county
Hop Heads, part of growing U.S. craze, work on vehicles, travel to local breweries
Motor scooters may be a familiar site whizzing through Italian cobblestone streets, but not so much on the asphalt of Elkridge and Columbia.
