Dene' DiMartino controlled 10 draws, a single-game school record, and scored three goals to lead the No. 19 Johns Hopkins women to a 12-11 victory over host Vanderbilt on Wednesday.

The game featured four ties and Hopkins (6-3) had the only 3-0 run to take a 6-4 lead early in the second half. Jenna Reifler gave Hopkins a 12-9 lead with 6:28 left in the game and Vanderbilt (4-4) went on a 2-0 run over the final 4:45.

Caroline Federico (Maryvale) made seven saves for the Blue Jays.

St. Mary's 14, Washington College 8: Tori Poffenberger had a season-high five goals and four assists to power the Seahawks (7-0) past the host Shorewomen (3-2).

St. Mary's finished with a 5-0 run over the final 13 minutes of play.

Stevenson 10, Springfield 9, 2OT: Tori Bruno (Mercy) scored the winner off a feed from Olivia Monteiro with 4:10 left in overtime as the Mustangs (2-4) beat the Pride (5-1) in Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

Springfield's Shelby Corsano (four goals) scored the tying goal with 2:39 left in regulation.

State men

Salisbury 14, Washington College 2: Carson Kalama (Bel Air) had two goals and two assists to lead the host Sea Gulls (8-0) past the Shoremen (3-2).

Salisbury used a 7-0 run in the first half to create separation. Ben Flood made 10 saves for Washington College.

Nation women

No. 3 Syracuse 16, Harvard 9: The visiting Orange (7-2) used an 11-4 first half to carry it past the Crimson (4-2).

Nicole Levy had a game-high four goals for Syracuse. Maryland transfer Halle Majorana added a hat trick.

No. 6 Louisville 15, Canisius 7: Julia Wood had four goals to lead the visiting Cardinals (8-1) past the Golden Griffins (2-3).

Louisville scored the first six goals and never was threatened.

No. 8 Penn State 14, No. 7 Princeton 10: Madison Cyr (Winters Mill) scored a game-high six goals and Steph Lazo (St. Mary's) had a game-high seven assists to power the host Nittany Lions (7-1) past the Tigers (4-2).

“They just did a great job of being patient and seeing each other,” Penn State coach Missy Doherty said of Lazo and Cyr. “Steph did a good job of challenging in so it looked like a threat and keeping her head up for Madison.”

Penn State opened with a 6-0 run and never trailed.

No. 10 Stony Brook 19, San Diego State 5: The visiting Seawolves (3-3) used an 11-0 run to take control over the Aztecs (1-5).

Courtney Murphy had a game-high five goals and Keri McCarthy added four goals for Stony Brook.

No. 14 Duke 11, Columbia 7: The visiting Blue Devils (6-4) used an 8-2 second half to beat the Lions (2-4).

Kelci Smesko had four goals and Kyra Harney had three goals for Duke.
