Baltimore County Police arrested a 42-year-old man Monday after detectives determined the former soccer coach recorded an underage victim in his bedroom and bathroom.
Police said in a Wednesday news release that Nicholas Fioravanti, who was a volunteer soccer coach in the Perry Hall and White Marsh area, placed recording devices in two areas of his home. He’s been charged with five misdemeanor offenses including conducting visual surveillance in a private place with “prurient intent.”
Investigators believe there “is the possibility of more victims,” a county police spokesperson said, urging those with additional information or those who think they might have been a victim to contact police at 410-887-5000.
Fioravanti did not have a defense attorney listed in online court records, which indicated that he was released from the Baltimore County Detention Center on pre-trial supervision following a Wednesday bail review.
